The CMEC Review
Dear Mama,
This is my first year using the CMEC. I only heard about it over the summer. I have used other Charlotte Mason curricula, but I love the CMEC’s structure and book choices the best.
The CMEC structures the lessons in three categories: Knowledge of God, man, and the universe. This simple structure makes lesson planning so much easier for me.
The books recommended are simple and follow the Charlotte Mason method. They include a Mother Education course, which helps homeschool moms be better mother-teachers.
I don’t use every part of their curriculum, but I feel much more prepared to teach my children and reflect on my attitude and the atmosphere of our home.
The picture above is of our exams this week, which I had a much easier time doing as a result of the CMEC.
What Charlotte Mason curriculum is your favorite?
Warmly,
Mirley
