Tea Time Fellowship
Dear Mama,
After months of thinking about having moms over for tea time, I finally had the courage to ask some moms over.
It has been a wonderful experience. It’s a great way to make friends and relax. We have the kids over and they play in the backyard while we moms talk.
Tea Time Discipleship by Sally Clarkson is a great way to create your own tea time ministry. Sally Clarkson moved multiple times, and each time she had to start over and make new friends. Her way of doing this was by having friends over for tea. As a military wife, I totally related but never thought about having moms over for tea. What a wonderful way to make friends!
By the way, tea time doesn’t need to include tea. It’s just a name for a time of day to get together. We get together every other Tuesday at 3:00pm. So basically snack time.
If you haven’t read this book yet, I highly recommend it. It’s definitely one I plan to keep in my bookshelf.
To learn how to put together a fun tea time with your children
Warmly,
Mirley
