Sunday Slumber Party
Dear Mama,
We are starting a new spontaneous tradition. I thought it would be fun to share with you as another idea.
On Sundays, we are now having slumber parties. Slumber party Sundays takes place on Sunday afternoon, after we have cleaned up from Sunday lunch.
The whole family squeezes into a room, brings out the sleeping bags, reads good books, and quietly dozes off to sleep.
It’s a fun way to bond, relax, and get some good sleep. The kids look forward to sleeping somewhere other than their beds. It has a sense of adventure.
How do you spend your Sunday afternoons?
Warmly,
Mirley
