Charcuterie Boards for Lunch
Dear Mama,
I just started making these charcuterie boards for lunch, and what a hit they have been!
The kids love them, and I feel they are more excited to try new foods in a way they aren’t when served on a regular plate.
I honestly hadn’t seen this until social media…I was influenced. But this is a good way to be influenced. Anyway…
How to put a charcuterie board:
1. Buy a fun charcuterie board: I bought mine at Whole Foods.
2. Fill it up with fun finger foods. Let the kids say what they want to.
3. Sit and eat! Encourage the kids to try new foods this way and add some music in the background so they can talk while they eat.
If you haven’t done this, try it.
If you do this already, let me know what you add to your charcuterie board.
Warmly,
Mirley
